We have a new career opportunity available within the team of LOVATO Electric Romania: we are looking for a logistics specialist, based in Bucharest and reporting to the General Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible to register and follow-up until finalization all customer orders, while maintaining an excellent connection with the customers.


What else will you be doing?

You will receive, register, centralize and follow-up all customer orders, requirements and logistics claims according to assigned territory, in accordance with customer’s requirements with respect to date of delivery, quantity ordered, invoice via email etc.
You will also communicate and coordinate with the warehouse regarding orders & deliveries and optimize the lead time between customer’s orders and deliveries, track status of open items from past orders, and keep the customer informed accordingly.

In addition, to be successful in this role, you will have:

  • university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or Polytechnic;
  • minimum 2 years of experience in managing order flow and invoicing;
  • ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail;
  • works effectively with teams throughout organization;
  • ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs;
  • knowledge, understanding and control of the accounts under his/her responsibility;
  • provide account cover for other Order Management team members as required due to planned or unplanned absence;
  • ability to work in challenging environments;
  • strong communication skills;
  • constant searching for IT tools that facilitate daily work;
  • intermediate to Advanced Excel knowledge (macro, pivot tables, other key functions) and Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • high level of English;
  • knowledge of SAP or SAP Busines One would be an advantage.
